Now, if you're looking at the fabulous poster above the text, then you might question why all of the information has been reprinted right below it. Well, maybe it's because we know how mesmerizingly beautiful Tingle Fingers posters are - so much so to the point where you might not be able to pay attention to any of the text laid out before your eyes. This isn't supposed to be about them though, this is about our good friends at Impose and the fantastic event they've put together that goes down on Aug. 29th. Luckily, you'll be able to see Tingle Fingers creations in really real life if you go...
Yes, the "fair" aspect of this happening involves vendors and the *tables* they ride in on selling records, art, and god knows what else. Vendors include Social Registry, Language of Stone, Impose Records, Tingle Fingers, Record Grouch, Electric Literature, Verameat, Tiburon, Another Work In Progress, Bicycle Paintings, Umsteigen, plus more!
It should be a great time, what with the fantastic line-up and the additional treat of a movie screening (what that movie is remains to be seen). Plus, you'll feel great knowing that your money as is going to a good cause seeing as a portion of the proceeds are going to 826NYC, an admirable nonprofit organization that helps nurture and encourage creativity in young people from ages 6-18, which means that they aren't planning on helping me along my creative path.
Lastly, we're happy to be sponsoring his event. It's not the first time that we've collaborated with the Imposers and it certainly shouldn't be the last.
